Hello Dear Reader and Welcome!

I created Daily Pearls Journal to document my love of writing, photography and art.

I’m a writer with published works in digital and print. With a background in branding and copywriting I have worked with organizations on their online presence and communications.

These days I call Daily Pearls Journal my home and creative work space. Here I write about my daily life and ways to make each day more meaningful. I endeavor to curate a space of intentional living that cultivates more enjoyment of life, love and beauty.

At Daily Pearls Journal, I enjoy conveying the stories behind the brands and products that I discover, sharing a delicious recipe, a favorite find, and exploring topics rich in history, including people and events of note.

I have a passion for those tangible things that enhance my surroundings, hence the name of my blog…and I enjoy thrifting for unique vintage finds which I not only use in my home but in my photography as well.

While I have been writing for most of my life, photography has become a growing passion of mine. Of course, as the daughter and grand daughter of prolific artists who taught me the importance of visual impact, I now find that influence emerging in my own work.

Above all, I believe in the importance of living life with purpose, thoughtfulness and gratitude and I try to exemplify that in my own life, to those I love, and those whom I come into contact with.

I adore my three cats and find them to be the sweetest and most uncomplicated creatures on earth.
